The customer gave me a photo of a sausage and pepper hero and wanted her cake to look just like it. My assistant, Melissa, worked on this cake and I think she nailed it!

We will be using gumpaste and mexican paste to create flowers, butterflies, and bows. Bring your modeling tools, a cell pad for softening petal leaves, and a styrofoam to transport your flowers. I look forward to seeing you then!
