Ice Skating Cake
This cake was designed for a Bat Mitzvah girl who is a figure skater. The details were inspired by the centerpieces. I particularly liked the snowy branches with snowflakes and the skater on top.

We will be using gumpaste and mexican paste to create flowers, butterflies, and bows. Bring your modeling tools, a cell pad for softening petal leaves, and a styrofoam to transport your flowers. I look forward to seeing you then!
